Registration Counters will be at Hotel Westin. Adequate signboards will be presented at the venue.
The registration desk will open as follows:

Registration Help-Desks at each Pre-conference Workshop venue (on 25th October from 10 am to 2pm) to assist with Registration queries.
REGISTRATION CHECK – IN
Registrations are completely computerized. Delegates can get their badges designated counters. All registrants will be asked to provide the registration number forwarded on their respective email ids when checking-in. No conference materials will be handed over unless proof of identity is verified.
**Those registered under the category “FHNO Membership Applied For” will have to show their membership receipt (failing which any additional charges may need to be submitted)
**PG Student must also provide proof of their status via a valid student ID or a letter from their institution on letterhead with an official signature.
NAME TAGS REQUIRED:

26th October 6pm in HALL A at The Westin which will be followed by the Inaugural Dinner
BANQUET & ENTERTAINMENT EVENING:
On 27th evening 8pm to 10pm there will be a gala dinner with entertainment by the famous band BOMBAY VIKINGS.

Buses will be provided to Delegates at The Westin for transfer to and from the banquet venue. Bus-Timings will be announced in the hall
